About the role
You will be responsible for managing all of QR Cargo's business support requirements at Head Office as well as in the outstations with regards to budget control of manpower expenditure, staff induction into the department, office renovation projects, staff logistics requirements etc.
Takes appropriate initiative in communicating and clarifying company policies and resolving cargo's administration related issues with finance, HR, Contracts, Legal Departments etc
To work on special projects assigned to the Cargo Business Support Team, co-ordinate with the suppliers/facilities/procurement to ensure that the services/products are delivered within the set targets.
Oversees Cargo business support processes and coordinates with other departments (HR, Finance, Contracts etc.) and outstation's managers on matters relating to office renovation procedures, expenditure proposals, etc.
Prepares admin related reports and analysis for the management decision making.
Undertaking the IT Logistics arrangements requests to achieve a high level of staff satisfaction & setting up the office within the required time frame.
Maintaining head office/outstation email distribution list, supporting outstation in case of urgent IT logistics requirement, and assisting in the approval of smartphone requests.
Ensuring that all the administrative needs of staff are met on a day-to-day basis. Responding to staff queries related to OT, leave, company letters, airport passes, uniforms, health cards reimbursement etc.
Ensuring that the requirements of QR Cargo rental vehicles are met by coordinating with the Transport department. Coordinating with the transport department by raising CMC, PR, vehicle airside pass processing, raising vehicle incident reports in case of accidents, renewal of vehicle registration etc.

Qualifications
About you
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of job-related experience
Command of English language
Communication Skills and Stakeholder management
Computer Literate and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with expenditure budget processes.
Analytical, quantitative and detail oriented
Excellent organizational ability to be able to set priorities and meet deadlines, handle multiple responsibilities and frequent work interruptions.
Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently; must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of records and information.
Preferred
HR Diploma
Knowledge of procurement system (Oracle)
Experience in managing databases/Oracle
